Accounts Assistant- Permanent- Watford
18,000-20,000pa

Our client, an innovative and growing business, are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard working individual to enhance their previous accounts experience within a supportive department.

Key Responsibilities
-Client invoicing
-General sales ledger duties
-Maintenance and creation of client accounts details within the sales ledger
-Analysis of client expenditure
-Resolution of client queries
-Assisting with month end reporting
-Processing adjustments and client credit card payments
-Administering one-off payments
-Point of contact for customer communication via telephone and in person
-General departmental administration including maintenance of office filing system
-Ad hoc accounting and reporting projects as required by the business

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage their time. You will have an aptitude for IT with knowledge of Excel and Word, with experience of Sage Line 50 being advantageous.
