Job Description

Our client, a renowned construction company with offices in North West London are looking to source an accounts assistant to join their growing team. The role will primarily be focused on supporting the payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Accurate recording and processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner
-Updating agency timesheet database
-Handling supplier queries and phone calls
-Reconciling supplier statements to accounting records
-Supporting Subcontractor payroll team as required
-Ad hoc departmental administration duties as required

The ideal candidate will be an organised, motivated individual with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume finance team. Excellent communication skills will be essential as there is daily correspondence with various suppliers and senior management.
