Job Description

Our client, a market leader and growing business with UK office in St Albans are looking to source an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This is a broad finance role that will offer a wide exposure across the finance team and potential to progress internally.

Key Responsibilities:
-Generating, coding and checking invoices
-Inputting and preparing payment runs
-Check and reconcile supplier statements
-Deal with purchase enquiries
-Multi-Currency Billing
-Balance Sheet Reconciliations
-Payroll Journal Preparation and upload
-Preparation of payroll and contractor runs

This role would suit an ambitious AAT Qualified / Part-Qualified Accountant with at least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar finance related role. Excellent communication skills will be essential as there is daily communication with teams across Europe and the Middle East. The business is one that has shown impressive growth over the last few years and as a result the culture is fast-paced, dynamic and internal progression is regularly encouraged.
