Accounts Administrator, Royston
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum plus Bonus plus Benefits

Our client, an impressive entity going through a fantastic period of growth is currently looking to source an experienced and dedicated Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:
- Print all Purchase statements received by e-mail
- Supplier Statements Reconciliation
- Update all foreign payments with all relevant invoices
- Match delivery notes to purchase invoices
- Post purchase ledger payments and print remittances on Accounting System
- Check budgets and point out any issues
- Chase billing paperwork and post sales ledger receipts
- Collate and create spend analysis report on spend
- Adhoc items to assist the whole team as required

The successful individual must have a proven track record within an Accounts Payable function, and will have experience dealing with large volumes of invoices. You will be building relationships both internally and externally and must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
