Management Accountant

We're Hiring: Management Accountant
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland
Salary: Up to 100,000 CHF per year (dependent on experience)

Are you a finance professional ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join our team and help drive informed decision-making across the business through expert financial analysis, reporting, and planning.

What You'll Do:
* Prepare and analyse financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
* Investigate variances and provide clear, actionable insights
* Conduct cost analysis and recommend ways to improve efficiency
* Support the development and implementation of financial policies and controls
* Deliver financial input to support key business strategies
* Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular management reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
* Contribute to month-end and year-end financial processes
* Assist with tax preparation and liaise with external auditors
* Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
* 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
