We are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our clients vibrant and growing financial services company in central London. You'll be supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to key financial planning and analysis activities.
What you'll do:
* Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making
* Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends and providing insights
* Work closely with senior finance professionals to develop long-term strategies
* Contribute to reporting on company performance and key financial metrics
* Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure accurate data and reporting
What we're looking for:
* Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
* Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
* Excellent communication skills, able to work with senior stakeholders
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
