Job Description
Responsible for delivering one of the company's key strategic initiatives, this individual will be part of a high-profile team, working cross-functionally to deliver over £300m in cost improvements. Main duties include:
* Maintaining effective and influential cross-functional relationships with Directors and project owners
* Providing analysis regarding valuation estimates as input to selected business cases
* Producing Exec level summaries
* Agreeing consistent and realistic KPI targets and forecasts
* Developing forecasting and actuals tracking methods
* Supporting the annual budget and 5 year plan process
* Building a deep understanding of drivers of cost within departments
* Supporting business leaders in preparing and conducting effective monthly reviews of their departments transformation programme performance
Key skills & experience:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Experience in a cross-functional business partnering role, within a large, complex environment
* Experience working within a finance-led transformation/project, business improvement or change management program
* Ability to build relationships, can influence and challenge stakeholders when needed
* Strong Excel and good handling large volumes of data
* Proactive, self-starter with a positive approach to problem solving
