Job Description
Main duties include:
* Collating and managing the maintenance budget, forecasting and prioritising jobs
* Reporting monthly on budget and forecasting to senior stakeholders, including Exec level
* Acting as a business partner to facilities team, ensuring they have full finance support
* Developing a database to streamline the capex process and assist with building 1 - 3 spending plan
* Ad hoc projects and analysis
Key skills & experience required:
* Studying towards ACCA/CIMA or recently qualified
* Strong Excel/modelling skills with an aptitude for turning data into analysis and insights
* Capable of building relationships with a range of stakeholders and influence where necessary
* Self-starter and a strong team player
* Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
