Reward Analyst, Watford, Hertfordshire
£35 - £40kpa plus benefits

Our client, a brand with an instantly recognisable brand name have created a new role due to a long term period of growth. The brand enjoy an excellent working culture, rated very highly on various platforms online. This is a European role part of the EMEA Total Rewards & People Operations team and will contribute to the implementation of the team's strategy. The role will have a heavy focus on sales compensation, broad based compensation, short term incentives, but will also be involved in C&B systems, employees' policies and benefits.

Key Duties:-
* Contribute to the development and roll out of their Total Rewards strategy to drive Company's success and ensure competitive total reward packages to attract, retain and motivate employees
* Work collaboratively with other members of the Total Rewards team and key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and buy-in of new Total Rewards projects, programs and policies
* Build relationships and provide expertise to HR generalists to educate and communicate Total Rewards policies, programs, processes and philosophy
* Maintain current knowledge of Total Rewards practices at competitive companies and within general industry and draws on network to conceive and build best practices within the organization
* Calculate and administer bonus plans for various functions across Europe
* Collect data, accurately calculate bonus payments and ensure timely approval and pay outs partnering with the relevant stakeholders
* Prepare analysis and reports, reconcile and consolidate data to facilitate strategic decision making
* Manage data submission for various salary surveys in EMEA; analyze and report results
* Support the annual salary increase process across Europe
* Support the implementation of various compensation projects in EMEA partnering with business leads, local HR, payroll, finance and legal
* Provide salary benchmarks and pay guidance to HR generalists to enable sound decision making in recruiting, retaining and rewarding top talent
