Job Description

Our client, a high growth hospitality group, with a reputation for quality and brand loyalty, is looking for a talented Payroll professional to join an initial interim basis. There is a high chance of permanent employment, given the current volume and demand, but candidates must be available immediately.

Role and person brief:
- solid knowledge of fourth hospitality would be highly advantageous
- understanding of gross and net payments and deductions
- Proven track record in a multi-site hospitality/retail type environment
- experience of tronc payments
- able to work under tight deadlines outside of 9-5 from Monday to Wednesday BACS run, otherwise flexible
- able to succinctly respond to any queries with pay from employees
- team player and ability to work closely with HR
- understanding of statutory requirements, holiday, SSP, SMP
- organised and used to leaving audit trails for any ad hoc adjustments regardless of time pressures
