Payroll Co-ordinator - Watford - Permanent
£22,000 - £26,000 pa

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic business, who are partnering with some incredibly exciting organisations, as a payroll co-ordinator. Working within a high performing and sociable team, you be given a good level of autonomy working on the preparation and processing of payrolls for various clients.

Reporting into the payroll manager there will be the opportunity to enhance your understanding of payroll and learn within a multi-skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing daily payroll files
- Carrying out the relevant processes for new starters on payrolls
- Producing the necessary reporting to deadlines including HMRC submissions
- Investigating and resolving client queries, carrying out relevant adjustments
- Setting up new clients on the payroll system and mirroring on finance systems for invoicing
- Maintaining the highest level of compliance, eg payroll legislation, data protection

The successful candidate will be a motivated and personable individual with a natural flair for communication in customer facing roles. With payroll or accounts payable experience you will be keen to take on a varied and fast paced role.

The business will provide full training on the in-house payroll system, but you will bring intermediate Excel skills to the role, confident in your abilities on this software.
