Job Description
This is a brand new position, as a result of growth and the successful candidate will benefit from working in a business with some impressive strategy planned for further expansion in the coming years.
Main duties include:
* Preparing management accounts for group entities, including preparing income statements, balance sheet, cashflows and financial documents for analysis in accordance with FRS102
* Managing the consolidation process
* Coordinating and maintaining intercompany charges
* Overseeing the transactional team in reconciling the ledgers
* Providing information for auditors and other stakeholders
* Maintaining and supporting testing of the control environment
* Supporting the team to meet month end, year end deadlines
* Reconciling balance sheet, preparing month end journals
* Maintaining fixed asset registers
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Strong excel skills
* A great collaborator and team player
* Capable of working to strict deadlines
* Proactive problem solver and can demonstrate initiative
* Confident communicator, can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
