Job Description
Main duties include:
* Producing P&L, Balance sheet and supporting schedules behind asset register, accruals, prepayments etc
* Developing monthly management packs and internal KPIs and MI
* Recording P&L into systems, ensuring costs are coded correctly
* Running payments on a weekly basis and preparing relevant paperwork for Treasury team and updating cashflow forecasts
* Raising sales invoices and resolving any sales queries
* Reviewing balance sheet recs
* Preparing VAT returns
* File companies house confirmation statements
* Ad hoc tasks
Key skills & experience required:
* Fully or part-qualified
* Strong experience either gleaned in practice or in a fast-paced industry environment
* Strong communicator and team player
* Ability to challenge the status quo
* Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
* Self-starter who can utilise their own initiative
* Positive and proactive approach to tasks
* Career minded, keen to develop and challenge themselves
