Job Description
Managing a team of 5, this individual will report to an FD, leading on business partnering and managing the cost base across multiple sites; you will therefore be expected to have some experience working in multi-site environments.
Due to positive change and internal movements, there could be an opportunity for this person to be extended or find permanent employment within the business, should you prove to be a dynamic addition to the team.
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Multi-site background
* Experience of working within a large, complex business
* Proven Operational business partnering skills
* Credible and confident leader
* Progressive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Exceptional commercial awareness and understanding of key drivers
* Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
