Job Description
Main duties include:
* Leading and coordinating the year end group audit process and preparation of annual and interim statutory reports
* Leading and providing support for the Group month end reporting processes
* Reviewing monthly consolidated management accounts and board back including details P&L review, comparison to budget analysis and challenge of key balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaising with finance team to understand group processes
* Engaging in group projects
* Involvement with Treasury and cashflow reporting
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
* Supporting the budgeting and re-forecasting process
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with 3 + years PQE
* Statutory and management reporting background with an Audit training
* Excellent communication
* Ability to challenge the status quo
* Flexible and able to adapt to a changing, growing environment
* Self-starter who is able to manage and prioritise tasks
* Confident and credible manner, capable of building strong professional relationships
