£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or QBE to join this global market leading business. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially astute Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving the performance of this highly successful business through insightful analysis of business metrics to help shape commercial activity and achieve budgeted performance.
The role will act as a key Finance Business Partner to the Marketing Team helping the business with key commercial strategies around pricing to find the right balance between profitability and volume.
Key duties will include:
* Monitor and analyse key commercial performance metrics
* Reporting financial results with insightful commentary
* Working with non-finance managers to develop insight into performance against target with variances explained and investigated
* Preparing and developing performance dashboards highlighting key commercial KPI's and metrics
* Play a key role in developing budgets, forecasts and wider strategic planning
* Work closely with the senior finance leadership teams to highlight key areas of commercial activity impacting the business
* Project work around developing and improving financial models and reporting tools
* Financial analysis of profitability and margin performance across commercial activities
What we are looking for:
* Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to business partner commercial teams
* You will have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships across the business
* Advanced Excel skills and exposure to data visualisation . data management tools would be an advantage
* Professional accounting Qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) Study support provided for Part Qualified candidates
