£45,000 - £55,000 + benefits package
Our Client, a London based expanding commercial enterprise, is looking for a motivated Finance Manager to oversee its finance operations. Reporting to the Managing Director this position will help with the corporate accounting, reporting and analysis, budgeting / forecasting and financial operations.
A track record in the following areas will be advantageous:
* Preparation of management accounts and detailed financial forecasting
* Credit control - Ensuring all invoices are paid on time and updated on Xero.
* Daily cash reconciliation for inbound and outbound payments
* Daily sales ledger management
* Management of Company Price List
* Management of Company Financial Reporting System (Xero)
* Management of Company's Fixed Fee SLA's
* Supplier Management - Ensuring suppliers are set up on system
* Submitting Payroll to Bookkeeper
* Submitting Pensions on NEST portal
* Reviewing monthly Commission and submitting to Bookkeeper
* Reviewing Company Expenses
* Profit and Loss
* Quarterly VAT returns
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working for an expanding commercial enterprise and enjoy being given autonomy and regular ad hoc projects. In addition you will have sound Excel capabilities and be able to report results to your colleagues and senior management team in a coherent and credible manner.
