Finance Manager, Slough, Berkshire (hybrid working)
£60- £70kpa, plus great benefits including a strong bonus

Our client, a leading UK brand with an excellent reputation are looking to add a technically strong Finance Manager to their ranks, following a promotion. This is a high profile role and has the key responsibility of the production of the monthly management accounts in accordance with group policies, along with the annual statutory accounts produced in accordance with FRS102.

Key Duties:-
* Ensuring the internal reporting is aligned and delivered to group with integrity and in accordance with the group accounting timetable.
* Must be up to date on all proposed accounting standards that will impact the business in the future and plan in advance how these can be integrated into the business in plenty of time.
* Production of internal reporting to the UK Exec is on time and drives insight into performance.
* Ensure that the balance sheet integrity throughout the year and ultimately deliver a first class audit report.
* Continue where possible to identify areas of the TB that could transition to a controls based audit delivering P&L benefits.
* Ensure compliance to treasury policy and when required take deals with external banks to cover the liabilities.
* Drive internal compliance.
* Responsible for collation of the annual insurance returns.
* Responsible for the Sales accounting process including deductions management.
* Key team member that will be called upon to engage on key business projects on an adhoc basis.
* Ensure compliance with timely and accurate filing of all taxation requirements (corporation tax, VAT for example).
