Finance Manager, Beaconsfield
£55,000 - £60,000 + great benefits package

Our Client, a Buckinghamshire based expanding commercial enterprise, is looking for additional accounting support within the senior management function. Reporting to the Financial Controller this position will help with managing the corporate accounting, reporting and analysis, budgeting / forecasting, financial operations and audit requirements.

A track record in the following areas will be advantageous:

*Managing the monthly closing and reporting process, including loading or posting of journal entries across multiple entities and ledgers.
*Preparing the GAAP monthly comprehensive reporting package, and Group consolidation to include comparison to budget/forecasts.
*Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
*Preparing the Year-end Statutory accounts in accordance with GAAP
*Efficiently managing the Quarterly and Annual Audit process
*Helping with the preparation of annual Budget and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with FP&A team
*Supporting business owners in decision making by providing timely and accurate financial information and financial insights, including analysis of KPI metrics
*Adhering to accounting policies and procedures, including a regular update and improvement process
*Participating in the design and creation of financial reports and other financial metric reporting
*Management of certain tax and other regulatory reporting including financial audits and year end tax filings
*Providing clear direction, training, and delegation of tasks.

Ideally you will have a number of years experience working for an expanding commercial enterprise and enjoy being given autonomy and regular ad hoc projects. In addition you will have sound Excel capabilities and be able to report results to your colleagues and senior management team in a coherent and credible manner.
