Job Description

Finance Manager, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (50% remote working)
£54- £58kpa plus benefits including bonus of 10% & Medical Cover

Our client has created a new role due to a period of growth and are looking for a commercially aware Finance Manager to join the business. The brand in question holds an instantly recognisable brand name, with a great footprint. This is also a developmental role, so will suit an ambitious candidate.

Key Duties:-
* Coordinate the Budget and Forecast processes for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
* Provide monthly reporting and analysis on key working capital and cash flow metrics for the division.
* Drive cash flow delivery and Cash Conversion Cycle improvements for area.
* Provide monthly reporting insights in to fx impacts for unit and partner with Treasury team on queries. Provide monthly updates on FX opportunities and risks. Input FX hedge impacts into the forecasts.
* Complete quarterly Corporate reporting requirements for Net Sales and Gross Profit drivers as well as quarterly customer, category, and NPD reporting.
* Provide support for R&D cost centre owners and business partner with R&D Directors to provide insights into month end results, forecast and budget.
* Support the creation of the tax forecasts and budget. Coordinate the management all 'Below Operating Profit' items for forecasts and budget.
* Provide ongoing support and performance insights to the Finance Director including weekly flash, O&R reporting, bridge reviews, daily sales reporting and monthly reporting.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the FP&A Manager and Finance Director for any projects.
* Drive reporting improvements on systems where necessary.

The successful candidate will be fully Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have demonstrable experience in line with the above. You will also have Excel modelling skills and have hands on P&L, budgeting and forecasting experience. The client also offers 50% remote working.
