Finance Manager - South West London
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits

Our client, a rapidly growing and market leading organisation, is looking to source a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
The purpose of this role is to manager the AP, AR and cash book function. You will report to the Director of Group Finance and have continuous interaction with key internal and external stakeholders in the business.

Key responsibilities
- Develop the AP team to support a large international business across various brands
- Manage supplier reconciliations and suppliers relationships
- Detailed review of weekly payment run
- Manage the monthly close of accounts payable information and supporting the accounting team with reporting and analysis
- Assist with the preparation of the year-end audit file and liaison with auditors relating to the AP Ledger
- Lead the credit control and companies procedures
- Maintain and develop AR dashboard of KPI's to drive process improvements
- Support periodic cash flow forecasting
- Oversee weekly reconciliation of trade debtors
- Oversee and review of cash book postings and reconciliation of cash books to bank statements
- Assess foreign currencies needs and requesting buying and selling of the same
- Staff appraisals and continuous personal development
- Business partnering with key contacts in the departments
- Ad hoc queries from the business
- Planned growth/international expansion

The successful candidate will have previous experience doing a similar role, motivating, coaching and developing teams. You will have the ability to drive continuous improvements, adopting best practice where possible, and good working knowledge of typical medium to large business processes. You will have strong interpersonal skills for interacting with both financial and non-financial employees, senior management and external stakeholders. Previous experience managing high volumes of invoices, payments and bank transactions is essential.
