Job Description
Our client, a large housing association based in the London area, are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner with a housing association background. The positions will play the key part in providing financial support and advice to budget holders; supporting the association in there aim to tackle homelessness within the capital.
The Role also includes considerable flexibility including a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office) as well as flexibility when hours are taken.
Responsibilities Include:
* Look at the key drivers for income and expenditure.
* Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
* Monthly meeting with budget holders, going over management accounts etc.
* Management of one Junior Finance Business Partner.
* Preparation of financial reporting for all relevant entities inside the housing association.
The housing association require someone who is a qualified ACCA/CIMA or CIPFA Professional. With the increasing demand for there services, this is a great opportunity to join a growing association with plenty opportunities for progression.
