Job Description
This is a key role, responsible for partnering with the IT function with a focus on operational costs, providing them with financial reporting and analysis to aid decision making. Hybrid working available with just 2 days required in the office.
Main duties include:
* Recording and forecasting of all costs
* Capturing risk and opportunity in financial year and over project life
* Ensuring costs are correctly classified
* Providing effective business partnering support to non-finance colleagues
* Supporting with Finance and business owners reporting to steering committees
* Ad hoc analysis and modelling for IT service functions
* Leading process improvement initiatives within IT Finance
* Coaching of key IT staff and delivery of training sessions where necessary
* Supporting wider IT finance function on any ad hoc tasks
Key skills & experience required:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Strong track record in business partnering within a large, fast-paced organisation
* Strong Excel skills
* Proactive, can-do attitude
* Confident and credible, can build relationships with ease
* Similar experience with OPEX
* Excellent attention to detail
