Job Description
We are looking for an effective business partner who will be responsible for providing insight, analysis and commentary to stakeholders and working towards collectively strengthening performance across the business.
Main duties include:
* Supporting the business units Finance teams in the delivery of departments strategic plans
* Interpreting management reporting to provide insight, analysis and commentary to stakeholders and provide challenge to the business
* Identifying strategic and operational risks and opportunities and flag these to Managers
* Attending meetings as finance representative when P&L impact meets department initiatives
* Building external perspective and use outputs to engage and influence the business
* Completing ad hoc analysis
* Building strategic business cases and supporting post implementation reviews
* Supporting ad hoc projects
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving excellent financial performance
* Proven experience of analysing and interpreting data
* Effective presentation skills
* Curious and inquiring mindset
* Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
