Our Client, one of the most respected and forward thinking entities within its sector, is looking to add to its team of finance professionals, with this exciting opportunity.
The role, which has come about through consistent growth during a particularly tough economic climate, will be integral in ensuring that the business continues to lead the way on all fronts of its service offering.

The successful individual will be professionally qualified ideally with 1-2 years post qualified experience. However, candidates looking to make their first move from Practice are also encouraged to apply, as long as they have a track record of achieving excellence both throughout their academic and working career to date. They will have encountered many challenges on route and be able to draw upon numerous examples of where they have provided watertight solutions through commercial acumen and sound business judgement.

This business partnering role will be fluid in nature but will have the following duties at its core:
* Assist with the annual budget and quarterly forecast process. Understand and present variances and key risks and opportunities to the senior management team.
*Support the commercial teams providing effective commercial processes or initiating change to ensure key commercial goals and financial targets are met.
*Analyse performance of key contracts.
*Prepare monthly management accounts as well as monthly and quarterly forecasting.
*Deliver a controlled and understood financial period end and produce the KPI reporting pack for submission into the board pack.
*Build partnerships and strong relationships with senior managers and their teams and provide financial support to assist with the commercial decision making.
*Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on the business performance.
*Challenge current ways of working, driving effectiveness and cost savings where possible.
*Support the wider finance & commercial team on projects
