Job Description

Finance & Sales Administrator - Near St Albans
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client, an established, family-owned and well regarded organisation, with a stellar reputation, is looking to source a talented Finance & Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.

Key duties,
* Managing the lifecycle of both Regulated and Non-Regulated finance agreements from quote production, raising documentation through to pay out, including updating internal data systems
* Liaising with clients/ funders / suppliers where required to request information needed to complete a deal, monitoring deals, and chasing overdue items
* Liaising with clients / suppliers / funders with day-to-day queries and general administration issues throughout the life of the agreement by phone/ email
* Dealing with early settlements
* Compliance with FCA applicable guidelines, Data Protection etc
* Support Director and Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional manner at all times. You need to be immediately available or available on a short notice. You will use your initiative, decisiveness and effectiveness solving problems and will ideally have previous experience asset finance and lending.
