Job Description
Main duties:
* Providing value adding financial insight and challenge to Commercial team by building effective working relationships at all levels
* Owning the development of business case modelling
* Owning reporting and forecasting for the business area, developing processes and ensuring consistency across teams
* Providing insight and financial advice for use in management discussions
* Maintaining and enhancing financial controls ensuring accuracy and robustness of reporting
* Managing and mentoring a Finance Analyst
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with PQE gained in a fast-paced, large company environment
* Strong experience of financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
* Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders outside of Finance
* Experience of reporting period management accounts, with analysis and commentary
* Proactive and flexible approach, can adapt to change
* Credible and confident character with excellent communication skills
* Skilled manager, enjoys leading and developing others
