Our client, a market leading organisation within its industry is looking to source a proactive Cash and Banking administrator to join its talented team.
The cash and banking administrator will support the cash and banking team and help provide support to store managers and other stakeholders within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily reconciliation of sales and reconciliation to their declared banking
* Responsible for looking after specific cash books.
* Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for month-end including all related journal postings.
* Helping with the clear down and match off on the account ledgers, ensuring all receipts and payments are posted correctly.
* Assisting with raising cheques and VAT receipts.
* Assisting the team with the administration and processing of the cash process
* Supporting other ad hoc tasks and provide cover for other team members if needed.
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding working with bank reconciliations and be confident using Excel, they will also have great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
