Job Description
Main duties include:
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and KPIs
* Monitoring cash position and maintaining accurate bank records; assisting with cashflow forecast
* Bank reconciliations
* Fixed asset reconciliations
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Petty cash journals
* VAT returns
* Assisting with end of year audit
* Ad hoc duties as required
Key skills & experience required:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Good IT skills, experience with Sage would be an advantage
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic character
* Shows initiatives and has good examples of adding value to a team
* Strong communication skills, can build relationships with a range of stakeholders and at all levels
