* Conduct thorough reviews of documents to identify any errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.
* Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
* Update and maintain databases and systems with verified information.
* Provide detailed reports on verification findings and recommendations for improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in data verification, record-keeping, or a similar role.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and relevant software applications.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
