Our client a well-known and much respected leader in their chosen field is looking to welcome an accounts receivable clerk in their St Albans office on a hybrid basis.
As an accounts receivable clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payments are received and posted efficiently and all supplier payments are paid promptly as well as providing support to the wider finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing all dispatched delivery notes and resolving queries
* Logging all incoming payments daily
* Managing credit limits to ensure shipments are processed efficiently
* Assisting the AR manager when required
* Month/Year end reconciliations
* Processing credit notes relating to supplier queries
* Processing refunds and prepayments
* Assisting with any other queries
The successful candidate will have had exposure to a finance and administration environment. You must display excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure. The right candidate will be highly conscientious and take a positive and proactive approach to daily tasks.
