£25,000 - £29,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits and Hybrid Working
Our client, a highly impressive and well regarded brand in its specialised field is looking to source a talented German Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Key duties include:
* Checking and entering invoices onto the payments ledger ensuring coding and descriptive information is correct and included
* Ability to build relationship with suppliers
* Dealing with BACS, CHAPS and foreign currency payments
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Maintaining the invoice spreadsheet and employee expenses
* Prepare weeky supplier payment run for GBP and Euro
* Undertake any other ad hoc duties in order to support the Finance Department
To be successful in your application you will need to possess the following
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with staff on all levels
* Fluent German Speaker
* Ability to deal with discrepancies in a timely manner
* Confidence, self-motivation and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
